How to return a product?

  1.  Please fill out the product return form, which you can find here.

  2. Return the goods via parcels or postal machines:

What happens after you shipped parcel for a return?

  1. Inspection of the package – after receiving your package, we will check it according to the received return form. After successful verification of the order, you will receive a notification from us at the e-mail address specified in the order. Please note that damaged or worn items cannot be returned. The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags. You can find detailed information in the store Rules.

  2. You will receive your refund within 5 working days of successful return confirmation. In exceptional cases, the refund period can be extended up to 14 days. We return the funds in the same way that your order was paid for.

  3. Correction of the purchase document – you will receive the corrected bill or invoice by e-mail.
